Stop overpaying for RAM your servers never use

CloudSlim is a 9 MB agent that watches your memory the way the kernel does — and pages idle RAM out before pressure builds. No code changes. No config. No OOM kills. It just quietly keeps your VMs alive and your bill 30–40% smaller.

What you get

Every feature is either a dollar off your bill or a crash that never happened.

Predicts, doesn't just react

A 10 Hz engine detects memory acceleration 2–3 seconds before pressure turns critical — so it trims early instead of fighting the OOM killer.

Two-speed eviction

Cold pages are nudged out under normal load; only a true emergency forces aggressive swap-out. Your app never feels the trim.

Self-learning thresholds

Five ML models tune themselves to your exact workload — no one-size-fits-all numbers, no manual calibration.

Offline & air-gap safe

Runs fully offline by default with zero outbound connections unless you opt in. Your data never leaves the box.

How it works

Three steps from install to savings. No code changes, no config files, no restarts.

1

Install the agent

One bash command. A 9 MB binary runs alongside your app as a systemd service — no kernel modules, no hooks.

2

Let it observe

The agent watches memory pressure at 10 Hz. Within minutes it learns your workload and starts trimming idle pages.

3

Watch savings grow

Check your dashboard to see exactly how much RAM was freed and what you can right-size. Typically 30–40% fewer VMs.

Safety & Resilience Design

An optimizer must never become the outage. Every path CloudSlim can take on your server sits behind hard, auditable guardrails.

Never fights the OOM killer

The agent pins itself at oom_score −1000 — last to be killed — and halts every optimization below a 2% available-memory floor. At the cliff edge, the kernel always wins.

Opt-in cache eviction

The only system-wide eviction (drop_caches) is disabled by default and triple-gated. The default path is a targeted, cgroup-scoped reclaim that touches only the agent's own memory.

Swap-aware intelligence

No swap or zram on the host? The page-out tier disables itself at runtime — zero wasted CPU, zero guesswork. Every guard's live state is visible on the agent's local dashboard.

Every trim and purge is logged locally with a timestamp and a freed-bytes figure — visible on the agent's own dashboard at 127.0.0.1:9090 and never exported off the machine.

Calculate your savings

Move the sliders — the math is calibrated on our Linux benchmark (35–40% of physical RAM reclaimed on cold-idle memory, ~30% fleet-bill reduction after right-sizing).

Recommended plan for 50 servers: Business ($49/mo — net saving $551/mo)team seats + role-based access

Numbers from our stress benchmark on a 4 GB Linux VM under 82% load. We quote the conservative end: 35% RAM reclaimed per host, 30% bill reduction after right‑sizing. Your actual number depends on the idle ratio of your workload — the dashboard tells you the real figure.

Simple, usage‑based pricing

One price per tier. No hidden fees. Start free, upgrade when you grow.

Cheaper than the RAM it saves — a single Pro plan typically reclaims $50–200/mo of idle RAM per VM. That's a 5–20× return.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before installing.

Is CloudSlim safe for production servers?
Yes. The agent pins itself at oom_score −1000 (last to be killed), halts all reclaim below a 2% available-memory floor, and never fights the OOM killer. Every optimization path is behind hard, auditable guardrails.
Does it work on any Linux distribution?
CloudSlim supports any Linux kernel 5.4+ (Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, Rocky, Alpine, Arch) on x86_64. It uses only standard kernel interfaces — no custom modules or kernel patches required.
What's the difference from Linux swap or zram?
Swap reacts after memory is already under pressure and can thrash the disk. CloudSlim predicts pressure 2–3 seconds ahead and evicts idle pages before the system even notices. It also supports swap‑aware tiers that coordinate with existing swap.
Does data ever leave my server?
No. The agent runs fully offline by default with zero outbound connections. Only aggregate metrics (RAM freed, CPU load, health status) are sent if you opt into the control plane — never process names, file paths, or personal data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month‑to‑month with no lock‑in. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time. Agents continue to run offline even after cancellation.
How do I install it?
A single curl command downloads and installs the agent as a systemd service. You'll need a license key from the dashboard (free tier included). The installer prints everything it does — no hidden steps.
